Team management is in charge of the team's structure and the management of the team. Under this division are the subdivisions: Awards, Business, Event Affair, Mentor Program, Secretary, and Strategy and Scouting

Awards

Students in the Awards division handle team and student prestige by writing essays for awards such as Dean's List, Chairman's and Woodie Flowers. Student will also work with the Business division to create and develop a business plan that will qualify for the Entrepreneurship Award.

Business

The Businesses division orchestrates the flow of funds, applications for scholarships, and FIRST awards. The Business division i also accountable for fundraising for the team along with keeping records of all files.

Event Affairs

The event affairs division id responsible for all logistics, trip planning and programs run by the team at a competition or team orientated event 

Mentor Program 

The mentor Program division allows student to act as liaisons within the robotics lab between experience members and new ones. This division is also in charge of setting up training programs for those new members

Secretary 

The Secretary division writes the Team meeting agenda, edits the weekly newsletter, collects attendance and documents meetings along with other important information. 

Strategy and Scouting

The Strategy and Scouting division is responsible for managing all ongoing projects throughout the club during off-season and build season. In addition, this department is accountable for all scouting before and during competitions.
